Abstract
Data for electron scattering from , , and in the region between the elastic and quasielastic peaks are found to be unified by a nuclear scaling function. A simple model is used to understand the general features of the data, to understand the approach to scaling with increasing momentum transfer, and to extract the deuteron wave function from the deuteron data.
