Double Auger rate of Li2s22p

Abstract
The double Auger rate of Li 2s22p in which two electrons are emitted simultaneously was calculated using many-body perturbation theory with LS-coupled intermediate states. The final states considered were kskp(P1)1s, kskp(P3)1s, kpkd(P1)1s, and kpkd(P3)1s. The ratio of the double Auger rate to the single rate is found to be 0.0728, or approximately 6.8% of the total 2s22p Auger rate.
