Abstract
Report on 18 patients showing skin manifestations under bleomycine therapy. These side effects may already become manifest at a total dosage of 90 mg. In order of frequency, the following side-effects are found: hair-loss, swelling of skin and joints, hyperkeratosis, pigmentations and stomatitis. These side effects are reversible and hardly ever necessitate the interruption of therapy.
