Abstract
The differential cross section for backward () elastic scattering has been measured at 2.76 BeV/c. No evidence is seen for the or for a dip in at 180°. A good fit with an exponential in is obtained, yielding a slope 13.0 ± 2.4 and an intercept μb/sr.
