Abstract
New room temperature ionic liquids based on the tetra-alkyl-dimethylguanidinium cation present high stability under thermal, basic, acid, nucleophilic and oxidative conditions, low temperature glass transition phases and peculiar solubility properties in common solvents.Keywords
