Abstract
The oxidation of 2-(2-amino-phenyl) ethylamine is catalyzed by plant amine oxidase. The oxidation product accumulates in the reaction mixture as indole. The oxidation of indole by hydrogen peroxide is catalyzed by peroxidase.Keywords
