Abstract
Paraphysomonas cribosa n.sp. possesses two unequal flagella, one short and smooth, the other long, bearing numerous fine hairs. The cell surface is covered with scales which are resolvable using the electron microscope. These are polymorphic, built of rods and generally having an oval periphery. Struts from this support an inner oval ring, and further struts support a central perforated area. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
