Abstract
Simultaneous measurements of dielectric constant ε(T), lattice parameters and integrated Bragg reflection intensities at small (θ ≌ 5°) and large (θ ≌ 78°) scattering angles have been performed with BaTiO3, single crystals at very slow cooling rates (by steps of δT ≌ 0.01 °C) over the cubic-to-tetragonal phase transition. The data obtained have been used to estimate the singular part of the Debye-Waller factor. Keywords
