Abstract
The following is an attempt to clarify some methodological con fusion resulting from the article "The lannaccone-Lutz Model of School Board Change: A Replication in New Mexico," Educational Administration Quarterly, Autumn, 1973. Frank W. Lutz, a contributor to the original model, is director of the Philadelphia-Penn State Leadership Program and professor of education at The Pennsylvania State University.Keywords
