Abstract
Photoconduction in Doped single crystals is explained according to a model with a photoexcitable donor level (impurities F, K) and one or two photoexcitable trap levels (doping: Fe, Co, Cu). Trap capture section is calculated from transient currents (Co doped crystals).Keywords
