Abstract
This report examines and summarizes current knowledge regarding mycotoxin surveys, sampling techniques, conditions conducive to post-collection production of mycotoxins in grain samples, and analytical methods for mycotoxin analysis. Priority attention is given to samples of corn suspected of containing aflatoxin.
