Abstract
The bremsstrahlung produced by protons is discussed on the assumption that the anomalous magnetic moment can be described in terms of a Pauli type interaction with the electromagnetic field. The result of a perturbation theoretical calculation of the cross section is given, and a comparison is made to the approximate method of Weizsäcker and Williams. Reasons are given for the failure of the Weizsäcker method in special cases. Keywords
