Abstract
HEMORRHAGE associated with pregnancy is still responsible for the majority of maternal deaths. Even though in recent years this group of deaths has been materially diminished by improved obstetrical care, much could be done to enlighten the practitioner about the less common causes of intra-partum and post-partum hemorrhage.Placenta accreta is one of the less common conditions associated with hemorrhage in pregnancy.
