Abstract
In emergencies, the denucleation of erythroblasts can occur at the stage of polychromatic erythroblasts. The denucleated cells at the polychromatic stage have a large volume twice the normal, consequently anisocytosis occurs. The big reticulocytes are frequently higher in RNA level than that of orthochromatic erythroblasts and can synthesize hemoglobin twice the normal provided with materials under the appropriate conditions. Keywords
