Abstract
Survey data from a random sample of 8,500 employees were examined to determine whether persons who report perceived organizational wrongdoing differ from other employees as to their beliefs about organizational conditions and their organizational positions. Distinct profiles of whistle-blowers, observers of wrongdoing who do not act, and nonobservers, emerged. Keywords
