Abstract
Summary 1. 1) Examination of the endocrine organs of an Onchocerca-infested male Nakalanga dwarf has produced additional tentative evidence of the existence of a syndrome which involves probably the adenohypophysis, possibly the thyroid, and undoubtedly both gametogenetic and endocrine elements of the testis. 2. 2) The possibility is suggested that microfilarial products may jeopardize humoral transmission through the hypophysial portal system. Keywords
