Abstract
As part of the National Institute of Mental Health Collaborative Program of Depression study, data were collected on 2, 225 first‐degree relatives of 612 probands. A subset consisting of 187 families of bipolar patients was made available to participants of Genetic Analysis Workwhop 5 (GAW5). A description of these data, including sample sizes, diagnoses, and a summary of published analyses, is given.Keywords
