Abstract
Points out that boulder deposits, striated pebbles, and striated rock pavements may originate by other processes than glaciation, and particularly, do not indicate lower Carboniferous glaciation in western Argentina as set forth in a recent paper by Keidel and Harrington: On the discovery of lower Carboniferous tillites in the precordillera of San Juan, western Argentina, Geol. Mag. v. 75, no. 3, p. 103-129, 1938.Keywords
