Abstract
This paper presents a survey of latest results on MINQUE-theory regarding-the three topics mentioned above. Many of these results are illustrated by examples and we refer to a collection of explicite formulae for MINQUE under several ANOVA variance^ components models that could help to stimulate-practical applications.Keywords
