Abstract
Varied, but especially schizophrenic psychotic manifestations, appear to be significantly associated with Klinefelter''s syndrome. A case of Klinefelter''s syndrome with schizophrenic psychosis is reported. The particularity of the case consisted in the theme of the delusion which arose from a latent homosexual tendency. Noteworthy are also the patient''s heredo-familial antecedents, the father presenting expansive fantastic paraphrenia, in connection with general progressive paralysis. Keywords
