Abstract
The trypan blue method for detecting certain virus crystallin inclusions is greatly facilitated by a pre-stain treatment with a diethyl-ether-ethyl-alcohol solution made up in physiological saline (5-ml. of diethyl ether and 10 ml. of ethyl alcohol diluted to 100 ml. with physiological saline solution). Maceration of the study material in trypan blue solution also gives good results. Keywords
