Abstract
The magnetic moment of the 80-keV state of has been determined using the integral-reversed-field method of the perturbed angular correlations. The value of indicates a structure of the 80-keV level based on the mixing between two shell-model states, both having the odd neutron in configuration — the odd proton occupying and configurations, respectively.
