Abstract
The photoelectron counts of spontaneous light from the wiggler in the Brookhaven electron storage ring obey the negative-binomial distribution, in accord with the predictions of a multielectron, multimode theory. The bending-magnet light emerging from the Pyrex exit port of the storage ring obeys the Neyman type-A distribution. Keywords
