Abstract
The crude benzene extract of abdominal tips of the female gypsy moth, Porthetria dispar (L.), was much less attractive to males of the species than a chromatographic fraction derived from extract. Another chromatographic fraction, when it was added to the highly attractive fraction, markedly depressed attractiveness for several days. The activity then gradually returned. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
