Abstract
Tuberous sclerosis is a relatively rare autosomal dominant disorder. The only report found in the English literature suggests that the pregnancy course for a woman with this disorder may be uneventful. Two cases are presented indicating that these patients may be at increased risk [for nonobstetric complications] in pregnancy. [Hamartomas were found in both mothers; one infant appeared normal and the other was diagnosed as having tuberous sclerosis.].
