Abstract
The author shows that his procedure for the fractionation and photometric estimation of urinary estrogens is adequate in general to elicit quantitative information regarding the metabolism of single therapeutic doses of the natural estrogen in human subjects [alpha]-estradiol, estrone, and estriol were studied in (a) the avariectomized-hysterectomized [male] , (b) the ovariectomized [male] , and (c) the normal [male].Keywords
