Abstract
Ibuprofen has been used routinely as an alternative therapy to aspirin in patients with juvenile chronic polyarthritis when aspirin produced gastric intolerance, gastro-intestinal bleeding, deafness, or an irritating rash. Two typical case studies are reported. Ibuprofen has proved to be a safe and effective form of treatment. Keywords
