Section 3 The use of ‘Brufen’ (ibuprofen) in the treatment of juvenile chronic polyarthritis

Abstract
Ibuprofen has been used routinely as an alternative therapy to aspirin in patients with juvenile chronic polyarthritis when aspirin produced gastric intolerance, gastro-intestinal bleeding, deafness, or an irritating rash. Two typical case studies are reported. Ibuprofen has proved to be a safe and effective form of treatment.
