Abstract
Oral or percutaneous admn. of 0.1-0.3 g. daily of 7-ketocholesterol produced atrophy of liver cords, necrotic areas, numerous giant cells, overgrowth of connective tissues and of biliary epithelium, and in 2 instances "hobnail" surface of the liver.
