Infrared Dispersion in Methyl Iodide

Abstract
The refractive indices of liquid methyl iodide have been measured over the 4000–600‐cm−1 range using interferometric methods. From these data the integrated intensities of most of the fundamental bands were determined and are compared with other data in the literature and with gas‐phase intensities.Keywords
