Abstract
The application of x‐ray fluorescence analysis to multi‐element determination in geochemical prospecting samples has been discussed in this paper. It consists of seven parts: introduction; sample preparation; instrument and analytical conditions; standardization and standardized sample; matrix effect correction; correction of spectral overlap; and conclusion. Keywords
