Abstract
Blood flow in the human forearm was studied by the plethysmograph method. Injection of adrenalin in doses of 1-2 gamma into the brachial artery produces vasoconstriction. Intra-arterial doses of 0.5-0.1 [gamma] adrenalin are apparently ineffective. Doses of 0.05-0.0002 [gamma] adrenalin intra-arterially cause vasodilatation sometimes followed by vasoconstriction; 0.00002 [gamma] seems to be the threshold of vasodilator action. Keywords
