Abstract
1. A method of testing the frog's kidney by means of perfusion is described. 2. This is made possible by dissociating, as far as possible, from the total function of the organ the functions of its constituent parts. 3. The characteristics by which tubular, glomerular, and combined tubular-glomerular lesions may be recognized are described. Keywords
