Abstract
Three cases of adrenocortical adenoma and 1 case of cortical hyperplasia correctly diagnosed preoperatively by arteriography are presented. The various arteriographic patterns are discussed.Arteriography provides the most accurate information in the evaluation of cases with possible adrenal disease. Frequently, meticulous superselective arteriography is required to adequately demonstrate the pathologic changes in the adrenal glands. It is the responsibility of the radiologist to understand the differential diagnostic signs and implications of adrenal disorders and perform the correct sequence of arteriographic studies. Keywords
