Abstract
A case of intermittent spinal claudication secondary to low aortic obstruction is reported. A brief review of the literature is presented. A plea is made for recognition of the possibility of vascular obstruction in the abdominal aorta or lumbar segmental vessels in cases of transient or permanent spinal cord symptoms in the thoracolumbar sacral cord. Keywords
