Abstract
The presence of T [thymus-derived] lymphocytes in situ in the cutaneous infiltrates of contact dermatitis and lichen planus was demonstrated by an immunoelectron microscope technique. A specific anti-human T cell antiserum labeled with peroxidase-conjugated anti-immunoglobulin serum was used to reveal the specific human T lymphocyte antigen (HTLA) visualized ultrastructurally. Labeling was limited to the surface membrane. This technique allows study of the in situ interrelationship of T cells. This publication has 16 references indexed in Scilit:
