Evidence presented shows that hog kidney dialkyl- fluorophosphatase (DFPase) liberates 1 mole of hydrofluoric acid and 1 mole of dialkyl phosphoric acid in the enzymatic hydrolysis of a mole of diisopropyl fluorophosphate, diethyl fluorophosphate or dibutyl fluorophosphate. Keywords
