Abstract
We report the case of a 75-year-old lady with recurrent primary cutaneous Merkel cell tumours. The condition can be misdiagnosed as lymphoma or anaplastic carcinoma, and the definitive diagnosis can be made only by electron microscopy of fresh tissue. This is the first reported case in the British literature. Keywords
