Abstract
An acid hydrolyzate of silk fibroin was adsorbed on a column of a cation-exchange resin, and an attempt was made to achieve separation of the adsorbed acids by the collection of effluent fractions, using ammonia as the displacement developer. Some separation was achieved, but glycine and alanine were present in all fractions. Keywords
