Abstract
Twenty-two patients with spondylolysis and minimal degrees of spondylolisthesis have been treated with repair of the defect by segmental wire fixation and bone grafting. Twenty-one patients are available for follow-up. Eighty percent of the patients obtained good to excellent results, and 90% obtained solid fusion of the pars defect. The technique would appear to have the greatest use in patients less than 30 years of age with minimal degrees of displacement. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
