Abstract
Localization of adrenal lesions in various adrenal disorders can be difficult. An attempt to identify the adrenal tumors in 10 patients with pheochromocytoma, Cushing''s syndrome, or primary aldosteronism was made using computerized tomographic (CT) scans. The adrenal tumor was visualized in 8 patients. The CT scan appears to be a promising noninvasive technique for localization of adrenal tumors. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
