Abstract
A primary liver carcinoma occurred in a rhesus monkey given aflatoxin B1 orally for 6 years. The fact that this tumor rarely arises spontaneously in monkeys, and pathologic changes seen in the liver of other monkeys given aflatoxin B1 suggested that the neoplasm was induced by this compound. Keywords
