Abstract
Rabbit antibodies were prepared to a purified mouse myeloma protein and to normal mouse γ-globulin. Paired radiolabeled antibody studies were done in vitro with purified antibodies to these two antigens. The antibody to the myeloma protein bound to the myeloma cells with greater specificity than to the other lymphoid cells tested. Purified antibody to normal mouse γ-globulin bound far more strongly to splenic than to thymic lymphocytes.
