Abstract
Using [3H]quinuclidinyl benzilate as a specific cholinergic muscarinic ligand, it was demonstrated that lymphocytes have muscarinic binding sites. There are approximately 200 sites/cell and the Kd for quinuclidinyl benzilate is approximately 1 .times. 10-9 M. Quinuclidinyl benzilate receptor binding is blocked by atropine and oxotremorine. This publication has 15 references indexed in Scilit:
