Abstract
G. abietina [causal agent of scleroderris canker of conifers] produced abundant conidia when grown on V-8 juice agar amended with a variety of nutrients and vitamins, especially when cultures were incubated in the light at 10.degree.-20.degree. C. Germinability of conidia declined as cultures aged beyond 4 wk or as conidia were stored under water. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
