Abstract
Specifically stained pancreatic granules have been assessed quantitatively by measuring light transmission through areas of p-cytoplasm. Measurements were made with a comparison photometer from images produced on a ground glass screen by an optical microscope. Standard conditions were observed in the preparation of specimens and in the use of the apparatus. Keywords
