Vascular and Extravascular Radioactivity After the Injection of Estradiol 6,7H3in the Human Being

Abstract
Radioautography has been performed in most tissues from 4 terminal patients injected shortly before death with estradiol 6,7H3. Findings demonstrated that the hormone and/or its metabolites are widely distributed throughout the body, since radioactivity was present in vessels as well as in the parenchyma of many sexual and nonsexual organs.
