Abstract
Spectra for the CN–Ne B–X transition are reported. Rotational analyses provided an average Ne to CN distance of 3.79±0.07 Å for both the B and X states. The barrier to internal rotation in the excited state was found to be 17.2±1.0 cm−1.Keywords
