Abstract
Lesions of the skull vault are fairly common; however, they are often difficult to diagnose. By using specific imaging criteria, one may readily diagnose a calvarial hemangioma. These lesions account for 10% of benign primary neoplasms of the skull [1]. This essay illustrates the spectrum of imaging findings seen on plain radiography, CT, MR imaging, and angiography for patients with calvarial hemangiomas. Keywords
