Abstract
The phenomenon of fluorescence has been found for diatomic molecules of antimony excited by the lines 2967, 3022, 3126 and 3132 of a mercury arc. The formulas for these resonance series give for the equilibrium interatomic separation 2.21A and for the moment of inertia 489× g·.
