Abstract
The students (N = 104) of the first two Masters level classes (1975 to 1977) of the Leonard Davis School of the Andrus Ctr., University of Southern California, were surveyed to determine their first jobs. The purpose of the stody was to determine the kinds of jobs that were available for the graduates in working with and in behalf of older adults. The report indicates the nature of the educational program in which the students participated, the context of the school, the types of courses and educational experiences and subsequently, the first jobs which they accepted. Jobs are classified by functions and by settings. Keywords
